Dynamic Blocks

Recently our team has had a problem with a dynamic block mysteriously losing it's dynamic attributes and reverting to a simple block. We have confirmed that no one on the team is saving down our files. Also, it is happening to just one block here and one block there (other dynamic blocks in the same file are okay). Is anyone familiar with this and what may be the cause? Is there any recovery of the dynamic attributes? We'd prefer not to have to replace all the broken blocks. Thanks in advance for your help!

I have two litle questions:

What happens if you explode the block?

And what happens if you open the block in block editor? (does it still have its paramerters, atributes,....)

When I open the block editor, the parameters and actions are gone. Poof!

Just curious: Have you tried a ZOOM, Extents while in the BE?
