Attribute prompts scrambled

I have a created a Dynamic Block with a number of visibility states. When everything is visible and I open the enhanced attribute editor, the prompts are correctly aligned with the tag names. But when I change to a different visibility state, the prompts do not match the tag name of the attribute. Editing the value of the attribute results in a correct display in the drawing, but the prompts in the EAE are still incorrect for some tag names. Opening BATTMAN shows all the prompts correctly aligned with the attribute tag. HELP...I can't seem to get this one figured out

Bump to the top. Note the "LOCK" attribute flag is turned on for all attribute objects. I wish someone could say if this is a bug or a convenient loophole. I was able to clean these up in 2006. No luck with 2008, which seems to have other issues anyway.

WALLAH !
