no update view, no viewbase, no viewsection anymore Autocad2013

I made a 3D model in Autocad2013 and on the lay-out I made a viewbase and viewsections. Everything went well but after a while I had to change something and the command  ‘update view’ don’t work anymore. So I tried the commands viewbase, viewsection,… none of them act normal. By viewsection I can select a view but 1 found, 1 filtered.

I tried another old drawing and everthing went well.

I even restart my PC. No result.

How can I solve this problem?

Thanks

I nothing else, you could try starting a new drawing, then copybase model and viewports into it one by one to see if it works, or when it breaks etc...

If by some odd chance my nattering was useful -- that's great, glad to help. But if it actually solved your issue, then please mark my solution as accepted 🙂

My model is still ok

I can copy it to a new drawing, but then start the job to make the drawing nice, change hatch, dimensions, levels, groundlevel, exra text,  .... a lot of work. And I will loose all of this.

I don't use viewports anymore.

I have to present a 2D of my 3D so I use viewbase, viewsection,...

I have had the same problem, sometimes the views go berserk!

Sometimes they will restore after a shut down and restart.

It seems once the view is broken they need to be redone?

Sometimes they restore after a new "viewbase" and delete it later, but this
time nothing, not even after a restart of my PC.
I put my model on a new drawing, but first I made a contour on my lay-out
of the top view, draw where my section were, put recognition on the
section. So I could copy everything on the lay-out ( fe dim, text,
groundlevel, waterlevel, legend, note,...) and could reuse again, less
work. I hope Autodesk will solve this problem.
