I want to use 2 viewports --one with scale 4:1 and another with scale 8:1. I want to print these 2 viewports in an A1 sheet so that respective scales are available. How is it possible. Please forgive if it's a silly question but hope u people can help.
Thanks in advance
Sudhish

Make two viewports, then set the scale for each one. You can pick once on the viewport border and change the scale in Properties or go into the viewport and use the viewport toolbar to set it, or use the annotative scale at the bottom of the screen to the right, or even type it in using the zoom command.

...and once you have them set, lock those viewports, so you don't accidentally throw the scale off by zooming inside them!
If by some odd chance my nattering was useful -- that's great, glad to help. But if it actually solved your issue, then please mark my solution as accepted
