Plug-Ins do not load

I've tried to download several plug-ins form the "Apps" section of Autodesk Exchange but none of them see to load when I re-open AutoCAD. I download the file, run it and it says success. When I look at the plug-in tab, the only things I ever see are the "Explore" and "Edit in Fusion" buttons.  I've read the help files for all of them and some of them state that I need to run a specific command (usually the name of the plug-in) but it always says Unknown Command.

I'm running 2012 on Windows 7.

Any help would be appreciataed.  I'm kind of excited to try some of these, as they seem pretty useful...

Thanks,

LOCKUI turned on?
Are they all showing up in a different workspace?
Does your startup force reloading of another menu?
Are you all only using an enterprise CUI file?

(Based on 2013:)

You could check the value of the APPAUTOLOAD sysvar.  (See Help for the appropriate value - normally defaults to 14.)

You could run the APPAUTOLOADER command, with the "L" (list) option to see if any "application bundles" are actually loaded.

Let us know the name of one of the apps you are having trouble with so we might give it a try.
