Depicting runouts and the like

I've always been a little shaky on depicting runouts and (other than in profile) rounds. I've attached a 3D model and a technical drawing. I'd love for opinions on how to correct/improve the areas I've surrounded in red boxes - or any area you see a problem with.

Also, I'm not confident about how I've depicted the 15mm hole's centerline in the Bottom and Right views. Should I omit it on these views and figure out another way to place the dimensions that rely on it?
