Hi,

I am a student, and have some ground water potenstial maps made on hard copy, with scale 1 cm = 100 mt.  Now I would like to vectorize it to same scale, what i did is?

Open the drawing fine in metric system

Inserted the image with command im

given the scale 1500 (origin-0,0,0 and rotation -0)

in hard copy I have two parallel lines, the distence between that is 150 mt and I measured in autocad it is almost same.

My doubt is, is it the right method of setting the scale.

Thanks in advance.

Salam,

Try to use SCALE ( REFERENCE ) , i think it's more accurate.
