1. Open the 'Print' dialog from ADR.
2. Choose the printer you want to use from printer list.
3. Click the button 'Properties...' on the right of printer list.
4. A dialog named '*Document Properties' pops up, then click the tab 'Paper/Quality' from this dialog.
5. Click button 'Advanced...' in this tab and a dialog named '*Converter Advanced Options' pops up.
6. There is an item called 'Print Quality' in this dialog. You can choose a DPI from the DPI list.
I hope that my suggestions are helpful.

The low quality of output is caused by PDF driver while using 'Turning data into a bitmap before printing' option.
I have logged a bug for the issue.

Has a solution ever been found for this? I am having similar problem using AutoCAD LT2007, using the latest version of Design Review 2013. Everything looks fine in .DWF, but prints to an opaque shape when printed to .PDF - Thank you.
