Object Display Resolution

We are a 2D shop, with customers who sometimes need 3D files, which we have an outside contractor do. When I open these files in Autodesk Design Review, circles are rough (12-sided polygons). How do I "smooth" these? I can't find an appropriate option in Design Review. Or is this a situation created when the 3D files are saved by our contractor?

Thank you for your question.

What applicaiton did you create the DWF file from?

So far, there is not any settings to smooth these in ADR.

The 3D part files were created by an outside vendor in AutoCAD 2011 and saved as .dwfx files.

Thank you for your information.

We have known this issue and recorded it to the defect tracking system.
