Multiple Pages Not Showing

Using AutoDesk Desgn Review 2013.  Just recently, when I open a saved DWF file the first page only is displayed and all others are non exhistant.  No thumbnails eithers.  I've re-downloaded the original PDF file to open in Design Review and now the same thing appears.  Only the first page of the file.

Also, is there any PHONE support for Design Review?

I answered my own question.

Clicked the HOME tab, clicked on Show/Hide Palettes, checked List View.

This after trying to get answers from the forums and no phone support.  Why is there no toll or 800 number for some kind of HUMAM support.  Even Bob in India would be better than this mess.

Support is pre-paid for current for-sale products with Autodesk: this is your only free avenue.

BUT... ADR2013 development stopped 2-years ago, and it was free to boot. See long post in this exact forum about the demise of ADR.
