I use the app for iPad, but I assume that it should be be the way for Android. While at the office, or somewhere else with internet connection, view (open) the files from Autodesk 360 that you wish to have while at the jobsite. Make sure to open ALL files, even each individual ones within a single dwf file. Once this is done, they are saved under recent documents in Design Review Mobile. That is the only way, at this time, that I know of saving files locally. As for the question about not being able to access files from 360, you need to allow time for them to fully upload and generate the view. From personal experience, I have found this can takes upwards of a day for larger files. You just have to be petaient with it. Hope this helps!
