Hoops Error.

I get this (attached image) error when I close Autodesk Vault Manufacturing 2010. On the Vault discussion group they refer to design review as the cause of this error. (Vault uses design review)
When this error pops up, I close it out and a next similar error downstream follows it, and the same applies for the third one. After the third error, it finally disappears and closes the program. Any insight to this problem would be beneficial. Thanks.

This is a known error that will be fixed in the next version of Design Review.

Vault 2009 sort of demanded an upgrade to Design Review 2010 when I clicked on the update button in the Vault client window. So I let it update.

I guess that was a mistake. Now When I close the Vault I get the "HOOPS Error (48/202) "

Can I go back to Design Review 2009?

Why did it want to upgrade?

Wasn't there a hotfix for 2009?

Why didn't Autodesk incorporate the hotfix from 2009 into 2010?

My reseller support sent me a link to this fix for the above mentioned hoops error. I installed it last week and haven't had the error pop up since.
