Right now the DWF supports the lines merge when printing much like how
AutoCAD doesn't show it but it prints it. Hopefully future version will
have an option to show it but you can take a pretty good performance hit to
show lines merge in a viewer. One could write a routine that would push the
solid fills or all hatches down in the draworder list also.
