Hi
ADR 2010 requires VC++ 2005 and VC++ 2008 to be installed.
If you use the .EXE install file, they are automatically installed.
If you use the .MSI file, these two additions (in addition to .Net 3.5 SP1) must be installed prior to starting the .MSI.
If you want to install VC++, here are the locations on the Microsoft website.
Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86)
