Design Review crashes Outlook

Hello,

I have a vista 32bit laptop running the latest version of outlook. I am trying to install the msp file service pack of Design review but I get no response when I execute the file. I am hoping to get this patch to load because the design review programme crashes outlook. Is there a correct procedure to installing this service pack? I have tried to uninstall design review from scratch but still get no response when I execute the msp file.

Have you looked at your ADR versioning yet?

The install is almost quiet and only brings up a progress bar, no other
dialogs. If your machine is really quick you might miss it all together.

I had uninstalled the programme and physically deleted the folders and reinstalled it along with the msp patch.

Since I had done this, the crashing has ceased. Therefore I guess it is solved but for some reason still saying that there is an update for it.
