When I open an IDW with Design Review 2013, it gives me a blank webpage until I left-click the mouse - then it displays the drawing fine.
I know Design Review only displays DWF and similar files!
Our Vault 2009 server (which hosts Productstream Explorer), has the DWFs associated with all the drawings. As evidenced above, it does work.... it just requires an extra click to view it. Other model types (DWGs, IPTs, etc. seem to open fine without this blank page, only IDW's have the problem).
Anyone experienced this or know how to fix it?
Background info:
- Server has Vault 2009 on Win2008 R2 (64-bit) (internal network, safe zone)
- Client is Windows 7 32-bit and has Internet Explorer 9
- XP Clients with Design Review 2009 and 2011 work fine against the same file. Opens the file directly.
I tried to also install Inventor View 2014 to see if it would help, but it did not.
