Custom Stamp inquiry

Hello,

I'm creating a custom stamp library for our engineers and have the following questions:

1. Is there a way to batch import stamp libraries or create multiple stamp catalogs at the same time?
2. Is there a way to create a stamp (originally created in AutoCAD as a block) with editable text?
3. Is there a way to reorder the stamp list in each custom catalog?

Thank you,

Jessie

1. I guess you could look at the registry entries
that are created and try to copy files around and insert those entries. This
would be one way to batch install.

2. The stamps are not editable text. I once tried
to make a BAT file that created an ASCII DWF on the fly but then that old DWF
file could not be imported as a stamp.

3. The stamp reordering request has been around
since the late 50's. [Yes I watch David Letterman.] The stamps get imported
based on the order that the blocks were inserted into the DWG that produced the
DWF. People have asked to have this be alphabetical.

By "stamp" do you mean "symbol"?  There is no way to create a custom stamp catalog as far as I know.  If you've found a way please share it, as a lot of people have been waiting for this for a very long time.  On the other hand if you mean a symbol catalog, then it doesn't help at all.
