Autodesk Design Review 2010 won't launch!

Hi all,

One of our users was using Design Review 2010 yesterday morning without any issues, however now it won't launch at all.

It loads up designreview.exe in to the process list for each time you try to launch it.

The interesting bit though; is that if I right click the shortcut and select 'Run As' as opposed to just launching as the logged in user, it works for any credentials I enter (including the currently logged in user?!).

Very strange.

Any help would be appreciated!

A bit of additional info:

The user is running XP SP3, I've reinstalled, tried the 2 nd hotfix on the autodesk site, erased his profile and recreated, all to no avail.

Any idea what/how they got 2010 so wrong??

The problem maybe caused by the application compatibility settings. Please refer to my post in this link.
