Hi,
Open the DWF file you want to add the JPEG to. In Windows Explorer, locate the JPEG and drag and drop it into the Design Review's Contents palette. This adds the JPEG to the end of the open DWF file. (Dropping the JPEG on the canvas would create a new DWF file.)
