ADT 2006 will not print paper space raster images to DWF

Paper Space raster images will not print to dwf even though they print to pdf, our lazer printer and appear in the print preview screen for DWF55 ePlot "Pringer/plotter". I am printing from ADT 2006 and have Design Review 2009 installed. Everything else appears to print correctly and be viewable within DR.
