ADR 2010 palette highlight color - any way to change?

Is there any way to change the palette highlight color (the highlight in the palette window)?
When I select something in a 3ddwf model it highlights whatever I have selected in the model palettes window.
I can hardly see what has been highlighted.
At the moment I close the model palette window before each selection - quite a schlepp...

Thank you for your feedback.

If selecting parts or model in Canvas, the Model palette will show
automatically, and the selected parts or model will be highlighted as gray color
in Model palette.

If selecting parts or model in Model palette directly, the selected parts
or model will be highlighted as blue color in Model palette.

The two behaviors above are as design in Design Review, and the
highlight color cannot be changed.

Still the case in ADR 2013 it looks like.  It would be nice if there were a way to make the palette highlight a different color than light gray when selecting an element on the canvas.  It is practically illegible.
