ADR 2010: Font Size Locked?

I'm unable to change font size on any of my markups; callouts are locked at 10 pt and text boxes are at 8 pt. Am I doing something wrong? The drop-down menu for font size will not drop down...

Are you noticing this on all of your machines or just one? I have been unable to reproduce the issue on any of my machines here. You may want to consider running a repair on the program through Add/Remove Programs.
