0x643: Internal Error

I'm trying to install Autodesk Design Review 2011. I have deleted all Autodesk programs from my computer including emptying my recycle bin. I'm running Windows 7 Professional. Everytime I try to install, I get "0x643: Internal Error".

 

Any suggestions for a fix?

 

Is there a cheap program to review and print DWF files?

 

Frustrated.
