zooming in Trueview

I have a laptop Latitude D820 with trueviewer.
I want to ZOOM in/out on a .dwg and I cannot figure it out. Does anyone have the answer.? I do not want to use a mouse in the field, but it does work in the office with a docking station.

What do you mean you cannot figure it out? Zoom Window icon under the
Navigation bar at the top (or did you turn it off, arrow next to Home), or
click on Home button, or on the QAT menu click on the down arrow and show
menus, or if you have menus on it's under VIEW... .

I do not have any opions on my screen. This Version 2 of DWG.TrueView has only a tools option under view, but when it comes up the tool option has a check beside it. when i click on it, it goes away. What I would like to know is the key stroke option to zoom in and out. In the office on my docking station I can use a mouse to zoom. In the field I do not use a mouse and need the key stroke option. TrueView is an read only right.

Thank you so much for your professional help on this problem.
I hope in the future you are able to help someone else with a problem of this magnitude. I know your answer is so typeical of the industry, but you and Autodesk were of NO HELP. This should be a one email answer and I know there are key stokes to do this, and I will find them and let Autodesk know and you.

Thinking about the version you have you could try the following?

Firstly open the CAD Drawing, View > Zoom > Window / In / or Out

Alternativley i would suggest you move to a newer version of Trueview.

Im not sure of keystrokes actually working within the Trueview interface, please let me know if you do find any. Bare in mind this is the AutoCAD interface that has been stripped out of alot of functionality.
