VVE won't open dwg files

Every time I try to veiw a drawing file with Volo View Express I get an error message " Failed to get class object for CLSID{some sort of code}" and then "Failed to load module". What is the problem

Sounds as though you have a faulty installation. Try uninstalling, then
reinstall with no programs running in the background.

I am getting the same error. I have uninstalled,
rebooted and reinstalled, no luck. DWF files work
fine. (I'm using the 4MB version)

The 4 M version only works with dwf files. You will need to download the
full 17 M version to get dwg, etc.
