I have used Voloview Express sucessfully to read drawings on my website
using a single modem with a direct line. But clients with network modem
connections get using Voloview get an error message saying "file not found."
One of my clients claims he can access the site with an earlier version (v.
2000-129). Do you have any suggestions? Thanks, Steve Kay

Steve,
I think Tech Solution is what you are looking for here. Below are the steps to
get to it and the associated file to correct it.
1.) pointa.autodesk.com
2.) select Product Support at the top of the page.
3.) Click Knowledge Base from the left sash.
4.) Select Volo View Express as the product and then click GO.
5.) TS53302 should show there in the list of documents returned.
6.) Click the link and initiate the download from:
ftp://ftp.autodesk.com/pub/voloview/english/axiov. dll
Good luck and let us know.
