Hello,
I am having an issue on a Lenovo laptop using an Intel Graphics HD 4000 display adapter, Windows 7 Pro SP1 64bit.
I have the exact issue this person had 10 years ago with AutoCad 2000 in this discussion. http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/AutoCAD-2000-2000i-2002-DWG/quot-Unable-to-Load-Graphics-System-Driver...
We are having the same problem using TrueView. I have tried TrueView 2014 and 2013 64bit. They both will install without any issue, but when you open the program and try and open a document it brings you to a dialog saying "load graphics system driver" and it wants you to select acgs.dll, which is there, but you get an error that it is unable to load graphics system driver and TrueView closes.
I Tried installing the Intel Graphics hotfix from here for TrueView 2014, but that didnt fix the problem: http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/ps/dl/item?siteID=123112&id=21960228&linkID=13465320
Does anyone have an ideas??
Thanks,
John
