Unable to Take Ownership of File in Windows Server 2008R2

Hi.

I'm trying to delete this file: SetupDWGTrueView2014_ENU_64bit.sfx.exe

No matter what I try, it tells me, the domain admin, that access is denied. It won't let me take ownership.

Is there a way to get around this and get this file off my server?

Do you have sufficient right to log into the server directly, on the server?
