Trueview 2013 crashes the second time I run it

Hello,
I've installed the Trueview 2013, the first time I run it after reboot the computer, works fine. But the the second time it crashes. Then i reboot the computer and works fine, the first time and the second time crashes another time. I have tried the TrueView 2012 and it did the same.
Computer ACER
Windows 7 home premium
4GB RAM
