Trouble Printing 11x17 from Trueview

Hello,

I am trying to print a .dwg file from an HP laser printer using 11x17 paper.  My trueview crashes when I try to print from that. I can print 8.5x11 just fine.  I have attached a screenshot of the error.

I have windows 7 64bit with design review 2011 installed.

This is not only happening to me but all of our users here.

I have reinstalled this software and i still get the same problem.  all win 7 64bit users.

If anyone can help it would be appreciated.
