Substitute Font

I have Autodesk DWG TRueViewer 2014.

I got a file and when I load it all the texts are question marks ??????.

How can I change it to be letters and words?

Welcome to the Autodesk Forums!

 

Is this Font OOTB for the originating program or a special Font that you have installed?

Try adding it to the Font folder for DTV under Program Files, Autodesk, DTV(Ver), Fonts

You need to ask the DWG file originator to also provide you with their font files.
the viewer is just that, a viewer: you cannot change anything in the file.
