Re-package Autodesk DWG Trueview 2009

Hi,

I try to re-package DWG Trueview 2009. We habe about 15 users of Autodesk DWG Trueview.
So far, I can install the Prerequisites:
- de- install autodesk dwg trueview 2 (the old version)
- MS Visual C++ Redist. 2005
- MS Dotnet Framework 3.5 (3.0 gives a lot of problems)
- MS DirectX 9.0
- MS xml 6.0 Parser
I do use the original msi for most of them.

After installing them (and waiting for Dotnet 3.5 to install, that takes 20 minutes) I start the DWGVIEWR.msi.
DGW won't finish the instal and breaks off installing. No message in the event log. Just that the install failed.

I'm working on this problem for a few weeks and I really hope you can help me here.
