Problems installing DWG true view

I installed true view

it asked for .NET 4 and then 3.5

installed them and successfully installed the true view.

 

But now when I try to open the true view it gives me this message (Attached)

 

does anyone have an idea how to solve this?

1. I have installed and removed it quite a few times

2. No idea why it is "saying" that.

 

This is why I turned for help here...

Do you have any other Autodesk products installed?
Which DTV version did you try and install?
Your Windows version?

windows 7, 32bit.

Remove all .NET and Visual C++ versionf on your PC.

Autodesk recommended uninstall/reinstall procedures are as follows
Uninstall: http://usa.autodesk.com/getdoc/id=TS45252

Ensure the user installing/uninstalling and using the product have enough rights to do so (install and reinstall as local administrator):
Unable to run AutoCAD® as a restricted user http://usa.autodesk.com/getdoc/id=TS1055299

 

Restart your PC.

 

Turn off all background running applications: all of them.

 

Install DTV2014.

 

Remember to start Windows Update to put back .NET and Visual C++ versions that may be neded by other applications on your PC.
