Plot Defaults

How can I save my options on the plot screen? DWG TrueView 2010.

It seems print options are saved within the DWG somehow. I don't care about those settings, and I want my custom settings to load everytime when I hit plot. Is this possible?

Plot settings are saved in the drawing file, and Trueview cannot
save, and doesn't run lisp/vba/etc. - so you really can't AFAIK.

You will need a CAD program, or AutoCAD, and custom presets to do what you
seek: the free Autodesk viewer so far does not allow stored plot options.

This is the year 2010, we should be able to set defaults for a viewer.. other viewers like Brava! do not have this problem.

And over two years ago I suggested this, to RK actually

This really can't be that difficult, to have a viewer load print settings that disregard the DWG's stored settings.

I'm glad you brought it up to RK, but last time I checked we are all
end-users and not code writers or product executives for Autodesk.

Don't forget, here you are preaching to the choir. The viewer is what it is
today, easy or not to implement.

For some reason I thought italicized names were Autodesk people (and both your names are italic to me). How can I suggest this to Autodesk then, since they haven't thought of it yet.
