Measuring

Is there a way to change the way the distance is displayed? If I measure a distance that is close together, I cannot see which line I am measuring to because the white box is in the way and it is hard to tell what line I am snapping to when there are several lines. It works fine for measuring distances that are far apart.

This was fixed in the Volo
View code,

so it will be fixed in the
next Volo View Express update, but I can't say when that will
be...

I just bought Volo View and I have the same problem. When I have a drawing with a scaled view area of 1:24 and I want to zoom into an area of about 36" x 60" I can't see the second point for measuring a distance. I have version 1.1. Do I have the new Volo View code that was fixed? If I can't get it to work right I need to find out who I need to contact to return my program, it was an upgrade from autodesk view. The program is worthless to me the way it works now.

To be clear, Volo View is not an upgrade to Autodesk View. It
is a completely different program. I'm sorry it is not working as you would
wish. If you want to return the product you can contact Customer Service at:
1-800-551-1490.

Volo View is the upgrade path from Autodesk View.
Autodesk View does not read DWG files created by AutoCAD 2000 and beyond. Volo
View does NOT handle all of the formats that Autodesk View did, but for DWG,
DXF, and DWF files, it is intended as the replacement for Autodesk View. I even
think Autodesk View users get a price break and don't pay the full
$195.

There is an upgrade "path" but it is not a product that
upgrades over the top of Autodesk View. This is what I meant.

In order for me to buy the program at a reduced price I had to give the serial number of my Autodesk View program. If I return the program I want to be able to get the new program at the reduced price.
But your response didn't really address the problem, did the code get fixed for Volo View or not? If it really did get fixed do I have the correct version?
