Line and text colors in TrueView

I am running DWG TrueView 2009 and would very much like to be able to change all colors to black for viewing and printing. Is this possible?
Thanks in advance.

For viewing, go into the Page Setup Manager, modify the current page setup,
choose a plot style table that is B/W, and check on the box that says
"Display Plot Styles" (only applicable for layouts)

For plotting, just make sure the plot style table that you select is B/W.
You can verify using the plot preview. This works for both model space and
layouts.

Anything assigned a true color will display and plot in that color
regardless of the above.

The other alternative is to open the layer manager and change the color of
all the layers to true color (RGB) 0,0,0
This will only work if all the entities have the color BYLAYER and you will
lose any lineweights that are being applied by the plot style table.

Thanks R.K. I will give it a shot. When I am in TrueView there is hardly any menu bar at the top from what I remember but I'll check it out.

Is there a way to make this happen automatically in TrueView 2018 instead of every time you open the drawing? Basically make it user settings instead of file settings?
