Is there a trick to get xref's to show up?

Hello - I have a client that is using TrueView. He has xreferenced files that are not showing up when he opens a file automatically. Is there a way to make this happen? Or does this have to be one manually to every file?

Does it have to do with the pathing? They are all set to a relative path.

Thank you for your assistance!

LD

Yes, it's all about pathing: Unless his file structure is exactly like yours, you are always better off shipping files with no paths and all in one folder for someone else to look at your files.

We have tried no path - and this still didn't work. We are not sure what to do at this point.

Thanks for your help.
