Installed TrueView, now can't open DXF file in CadCam software

I installed TrueView yesterday and now I can't open a .DXF file in our AlphaCam Cad-Cam software. I don't get an error message or anything, just nothing happens. I checked the permissions and everyone has full control. Any ideas why?

Your other program stopped working?

Or is TrueView opening the DXF file?
