I have scattered lines when viewing a drawing in TrueView 2015. The drawing plots OK but is a mess when viewed on my monitor.
See attached screen shot.
I'm using the 64 bit Windows 7 version.
Processor: AMD Turion II Dual-Core Mobility M500 2.2GHz
Graphics Card: ATI Mobilit Radeon HD 4200 Series
I saw a post for a similar problem in another product where the solution was to disable the graphics accelerator but don't find that option
in the Catalyst Control Center or display settings.
Thanks in advance.

They were AutoCad LT files. Should be someplace you could turn it off, if that's the problem.

I'm having exactly the same issue with 64 bit version of TrueView 2015. Windows 7 SP1 64-bit. ATI Radeon HD 2000 series graphics card. No problems with prior versions of TrueView. Problem exists with old and new CAD files, created either in older versions of AutoCAD, or .dwg files exported from Inventor 2012, 2013 and 2014. Seems to be independent of origination of the .dwg file.
Good to know it's not only me. Do you have AutoDesk Design Review 2013 installed? I don't and was thinking to work properly maybe both need to be there. I plan to do that now and see if that helps.

An update to my last post. I uninstalled TrueView 2015 and installed the AutoDesh Design Review 2013 package which included TrueView 2013 and for the most part it works just fine. Design Review is 32bit and the display option does show Direct3D and OpenGL options (set to Direct3D default). TrueView 2013 is 64bit. The only issue I have at present is getting to plot to the right paper size, doesn't seem to want to print to 24x36 on my HP DesgnJet 450C. With a little digging hopefully will find a fix.
Attached is an example DWG file I tried in TrueView 2015 that showed "scattered" or jumbled layer lines. The ADR 2013 suite seems to work perfectly.
I can view the drawings equally well in ADR or TrueView 2013. And, once I set up the plot stlyes in TrueView the drawings plotted out just fine.
So it would seem the 2013 version is the one to stick with at present.
By-the-way, does anyone know how to change my login name. I read the registration info to mean a product ID. If not I'll be forver known as "343-04871234"!
For what it's worth... I worked with one of our designers and worked through a number of iterations of source and method of file generation. We tried older known good files and regenerating versions of a new file. The problem persists in TrueView 2015 regardless of how we regenerated the file. Moved to TrueView 2013 and all files are displayed correctly. The problem is definitely with TrueView 2015.
ya i have the same trouble with some computers with a onboard radeon hd 4200 video card.. If i slap in a diffent video card the dwg displays correctly.. so its some sort of driver issue
Thanks for the input but if you check the first couple of posts turning off the accelerator isn't an option available with this card or the Catalyst control.
I just went back to the 2013 version which works fine.

Since I've uninstalled it and I don't think you can have two versions installed at the same time I can't really check for that check box.
Also, someone who replied said that wasn't an option for the free version. Do you have a free version or is there a paid one? Thanks.

the free version of trueview 2015 on a old crappy computer with onboard video card.. anyway hope this help others.
Thanks for the update. I wish someone would have pointed that out eralier. Well the 2013 version works for my present needs but I'll consider updating at some point. I'll have to compare features and see if there is anything in the 2015 version that makes it worth upgrading to.
