DWG Trueview Vista not supported

DWG Trueview 2014 will not install on my Vista machine. It tells me that the OS is not supported. Is 2013 available for download?

interesting, sys requirements lists XP and skips over Vista all together then Win7...

Autodesk stopped supporting Vista OS in January 2012 across the board.
