DWG TrueView

I just downloaded True View and tried to open a file. There is a warning box that comes up saying "This DWG file cannot be opened because it was created with a more recent version of DWG True View. Download the DWG TrueConvert tool from Autodesk to translate to different versions of DWG files."
Am I missing something - I thought the DWG TrueConvert tool was part of the download. Please help.

Which download did you get? what's the name of the file you downloaded?

It was DWG Trueview 2009

You can try to download DWG TrueView 2011, then you try to open your files again.

I have the same problem.  I just downloaded Autodesk and I get the same message.
