Having a problem with the instalaltion of the viewer software, after instalaltion it wouldnt work so I tried to uninstall the software and start again. when I start over, the installation prgram of the viewer shows the product installed so I'm nable to reinstall the software. running windows 7 and have dowloaded the correct microssoft framework.
How do I remove the old copy completely and re-install the viewer? in control panel- the program is no longer visible.
