DWG 2014 and roaming profile

Hi guys,

We've just recently upgraded our computers (mostly Citrix XenDesktop) to DWG True View 2014 and seem to be having an issue with users roaming profile where users require to launch the TruewView software first thing in te morning before the computer recognsies the program is installed and they can double click and open files after that with no problems until they log off and log back into another PC.

Our users log onto random computers on daily basis and on TrueView 2012 and previous versions we roamed the AppData\Local\Autodesk  as well as AppData\Roaming\Autodesk folders from one computer to another when user logged on to each one and that did the trick but in 2014 there seems to be something else somewhere else that once the software runs, the computer recognises it is installed.

Has anyone else experienced simiar issues?

Appreciate your help.....
