You could try deleting your profile in the registry and on the hard drive:
delete registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Autodesk\DWG TrueView
delete user folders (replace <username> with your Windows login ID):
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Autodesk\DWG TrueView 2012
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\DWG TrueView 2012
Restarting DWG TrueView should then recreate your profile from scratch.
You can access the above folders by typing %APPDATA% and %LOCALAPPDATA% into the Explorer address bar
