Conversion Creation Failed in DWG TrueView 2013

I'm getting an error message "Conversion creation failed" when trying to convert to older formats (all formats tested) in DWG TrueView 2013. 

Here's the back story.

I have Windows 7 Professional 64 bit.  I use AutoSketch 9 to open and work on DWG files sent from clients.  However, I find it inconsistent when opening files, I think based on the version of AutoCad used to create the files or perhaps the way they save the files.  In any case I've had success in using DWG TrueView 2010 to convert files to older formats (2000 or 2004) and then opening in AutoSketch.  But again, it was inconsistent.  So I thought TrueView version 2013 may be better.  I uninstalled 2010 and downloaded 2013 and now I can't convert anything.  Can someone please tell me how to fix this or how I can reinstall 2010?
