Activating Floating ViewPort on Another ViewPort by TrueView 2011

When I open the AutoCad 2006 DWG file on TrueView 2011, 3D objects appear to be blurred on the layout sheet.

I assume that this happens because the format are being changed from AutoCad 2006.

So, I have been trying to readjust shading 3D objects on TrueView, but I can not activate that viewport on layout sheet because it is on another viewport.

I know that it can be chosen by short-cut key "Ctrl + R" on AutoCad 2006, but the short-cut key does not work on TrueView 2011.

Is there any way to activate Floating ViewPort on another ViewPort by TrueView 2011?
