These are the steps:

1. Go to http://freewheel.autodesk.com/dwf.aspx
2. Upload a file or point to a URL (File->Open)
3. E-mail view to your DWF your phone. (File->Email). This will generate an
e-mail with a freewheel link to the file you are currently viewing.
4. On the phone navigate to the URL in the Email.

At what point do you run into problem?

You can POST a dwf. Try the following.

action="http://freewheel.autodesk.com/upload2.aspx" method="post"
encType="multipart/form-data">

The result is the key used to render the file like so.

http://freewheel.autodesk.com/dwf.aspx?path=retunedKey

This is what happens when you upload a file from the upload dialog.
