Trying to install AutodeskDesignRevSetup-Error (Failed downloading component

Tried to install AutodeskDesignRevSetup and got the error message as following:

Installation failed.

Please check your internet connection and try again.

The following failed to install:

Autodesk Design Review 2013 (0x2 Failed downloading component)

The Operation System is Windlws 8 Pro.

User is administrator.

Please advise.

Hi xueyanzou and welcome to the forums!

My first thought is that your anti-virus and firewall programs could be blocking the download (or at least parts of it) so I would suggest turning those off during the download. 

Also, please note that Deisg Review 2013 is not supported on Windows 8 as per the system requirements so we cannot guarantee that will will install nor run without isses.
