Run example "GlobalSectionWriter" to generation dwf, but got a empty dwf.

I compilered DWFToolkit with visualstudio2010 and then compilered examples.

All examples are ok except "GlobalSectionWriter".

When I ran "GlobalSectionWriter", I got "ok" on shell and got a dwf file(about 8.65KB).

But when I opened the dwf there was nothing in it.

Is this dwf file correct?
