    Missing linework in dwf file

    I have a problem with some linework not showing up when i create a dwf file from C3D, plot preview shows linework there as well as when i create a pdf the linework is also there.  Any ideas?

    Civil 3D 2013 (SP1)
    Dell T3500
    Win 7 Pro X64
    Intel Xeon 3.2 GHz
    24 GB ram
    NVIDIA Quadro 4000

    To better investigate this issue, could you please upload the sample file of C3D and also the corresponding DWF file.
